I offer a free 20-minute phone or video chat, simply a chance for us to talk about what’s on your mind, and see how it feels to work together. There’s no pressure or commitment, just a safe space to explore whether I’m the right counsellor for you.

​Individual adult therapy sessions are held online or in person at one of two local locations in Bushey or Uxbridge, with each 50-minute session priced at £65.*
